Jewish Senior Life Donates Furniture to Local Organizations in Need

As residents moved into the Green House Cottages and rooms in Farash Tower were cleared for renovation, gently used furniture items including dressers, night stands, wardrobe closets, and lamps were given to area organizations such as the House of Mercy, Temple B’rith Kodesh, Temple Beth David, Chabad Center, and Patriot Guard Riders.

“Giving back to our Rochester community is very important to us,” said Mike King, President and CEO of Jewish Senior Life. “We continually strive to improve quality of life, health, and well-being of the individuals in our community, and we’re excited to be able to help out some great organizations with these donations.” Jewish Senior Life still has additional items available for donation. To share information about an organization that could benefit from these items, please contact Rob Lewis, Facility Services Manager at 585-784-6455 or rlewis@jewishseniorlife.org.
