ROCHESTER, NY—November 1, 2021—Jewish Senior Life recently celebrated 25 employees for their dedication and service to our residents with its annual Leon Rosen Exceptional Customer Service awards.
In their letter to the winners, Ellen Rosen Konar and Richard Rosen wrote, “This annual honor, in memory of our father, recognizes staff members who consistently ‘take an extra second and do it right.’ Your exemplary work ethic and caring nature are essential ingredients in the person-centered care Jewish Senior Life strives to provide. We thank you for all you do, day in, day out, year after year.”
This year, the Rosen family introduced the Superstar Award to recognize those employees who have received multiple Rosen Award nominations from Jewish Home families throughout the employee’s years of service.
Chosen as annual winners of the Leon Rosen award were Joan Oculien-Shepherd, CNA and Yvonne Butman, Social Worker. The Superstar Award was awarded to three recipients, Mary Pellicane, Adir, Nicole Morabito, CNA, and Alpha Daramy, CNA.
Honorees were presented with an engraved clock or plaque, a certificate of achievement and a personalized letter from the Rosen family.
