Jewish Home Employee Honored as Employee of Distinction by LeadingAge New York

ROCHESTER, N.Y., DECEMBER 1, 2021—Jewish Home announces that Marion Betron, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) III, has been recognized as an Employee of Distinction by aging services association LeadingAge New York. The Employee of Distinction Award recognizes the extraordinary dedication of direct and indirect service staff.

Betron has been with Jewish Home for 30 years, progressing from an entry-level CNA to a CNA III. She orients all new CNAs to the Rehabilitation units, manages CNA assignments, and takes the lead in process improvement activities. “Marion is a very dedicated CNA and leader who puts our patients and their families first,” says Kim Sidoti, RN, BSN, Director of mySuccess Short-Term Rehabilitation Program. “She leads by example and I am honored to work with her.”

LeadingAge New York recognized Betron at their virtual conference on December 1, 2021.
