Jewish Senior Life Honored with Gold Healthcare Digital Marketing Award

(December 15, 2022 – ROCHESTER, NY) Jewish Senior Life received a Gold award—the highest honor—from the Third Annual Healthcare Digital Marketing Awards (HDMAwards) for its employee recruitment video, “Love What You Do at Jewish Senior Life.” The HDMAwards recognize the best healthcare websites, digital content, electronic communications, mobile media, and social media.

Judges for the HDMAwards consisted of a national panel of healthcare marketers, creative directors, and advertising professionals. Entries were received by nearly 1000 healthcare and medical organizations across the country, with Jewish Senior Life as one of 161 Gold award winners.

The video features Jewish Senior Life employees working in a variety of roles and settings across the campus; and highlights the camaraderie, energy, and fun work environment at Jewish Senior Life. “In addition to attracting new employees to join our team, we wanted to energize our workforce by bringing their personalities and their creativity to life and dispel the stigma that surrounds working in long-term care settings,” says Wendy Ferrer, Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Jewish Senior Life. She continues, “The video is available on social media and JewishSeniorLife.org to attract and retain high quality employees who enjoy a family-like work environment, while showcasing our beautiful campus.”

The award-winning video can be viewed here; and the full awards list—including Silver and Bronze winners—can be viewed here.
