Adult Day Health Care

The Adult Day Health Care center at the Jewish Home is a medical model program that serves adults with special physical and psychosocial needs. Encouraged by staff to increase their self-esteem, social interactions and independence, members who participate in Adult Day Health Care are better able to remain with their caregivers in the community.

What You Can Expect

Our Adult Day members look out for one another—just like family. We also welcome those who seek activities and social interaction with peers. As part of the Jewish Home, Adult Day members have access to additional programs to stimulate mind and body.

Our staff has received certified dementia and memory care training through the Alzheimer’s Association. Services include the following:

Personalized MD

A health care experience tailored just for you

Achieve good health with your doctor as your partner—a physician who knows you and has the time to address your health concerns. Working together, you and your doctor will develop a comprehensive wellness plan that’s customized to your individual needs, and delivers one-on-one support all year long.

Convenient access to your doctor

See your doctor—not someone else. Same-day or next-day appointments are available in an unrushed atmosphere. Reach your doctor 24/7. Our personalized approach means a smaller practice, so your doctor has more time to focus on you—and your unique needs. It’s care the way you want it to be.
