Staying Active, Staying Well

We offer a variety of wellness class programming across our campus including Tai Chi, yoga, meditation, Zumba and Senior Fit. These classes can be offered in small or large group format, depending on interest.

We have Wellness Centers open 24 hours to residents and staff stocked with treadmills, exercise bikes, free weights and more. The Summit at Brighton also has an indoor pool, hydro spa and putting green on site for residents to enjoy and socialize.

Our expansive campus is surrounded by walking trails, covered gazebos, ponds and fountains—all ideal for taking in the fresh air or visiting with loved ones.

Our wellness programs also include a staff of registered dietitians to help ensure residents are getting the nutritional support they need to stay strong, feel their best and manage existing conditions for overall health.
