Jewish Senior Life Honored As ETHIE Finalist

October 17, 2018 – Jewish Senior Life has been named a finalist for the 2018 ETHIE Awards by the Rochester Area Business Ethics Foundation (RABEF). The ETHIE Awards recognize businesses and organizations that do the right thing through strong ethical foundations, high standards of business conduct, and the multifaceted nature of ethics in daily life.

At Jewish Senior Life, ethical business conduct means behaving honestly, with integrity, and in accordance with Jewish values. The organization recognizes that people thrive in an atmosphere of respect, compassion and individuality, and aims to create environment where people are proud to live, work, and visit.

“We’re not an organization that shuts down Friday afternoon and comes back Monday morning. We’re taking care of people’s lives, and we make it our business to conduct ourselves ethically,” said Mike King, President and CEO of Jewish Senior Life. “We are honored to be a finalist for the esteemed ETHIE awards, and we wish congratulations to all our fellow finalists.”

RABEF plans to honor the ETHIE recipients at an awards celebration at Geva Theatre Center on October 22, 2018. For a complete list of finalists, click here
