ROCHESTER, NY – APRIL 18, 2022 — Jewish Senior Life announces that Patricia Rector-Hollomon, RN Instructor, has been honored as a 2022 Women of Excellence Award recipient by the Rochester Business Journal.

“We are very proud of Patricia (Pat) for receiving this well-deserved honor,” said Christine Van Vessem, VP Staff Development & Quality Management of Jewish Senior Life. “Pat’s knowledge, experience and leadership has helped us to strengthen our work force and create a learning environment that motivates people to start or to continue their career path in healthcare. She embodies excellence in all her pursuits, both professionally and personally, and has served as a role model for so many. We are grateful for the commitment to her students, fellow coworkers and our organization.”

The Women of Excellence awards recognize high-achieving women for their career accomplishments including professional experience, community involvement, leadership and sustained commitment to mentoring. The winners were selected by a panel of judges comprised of previous Circle of Excellence honorees.

“This year’s Women of Excellence honorees are leading companies, creating change, breaking barriers, charting new territory, inspiring future generations and making a difference at home, at work and in their communities. They are inspirational,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, senior group publisher of the Rochester Business Journal. “The new members of the Circle of Excellence are at the pinnacle of their careers and are constantly elevating other women to achieve greatness. The Rochester Business Journal congratulates all of this year’s winners.”

Rector-Hollomon will be honored at a celebration on May 24, 2022.
