Jewish Senior Life Appoints New Director of Marketing

Sarabeth Kanabroski, Director of Marketing

(December 28, 2023—ROCHESTER, NY) Jewish Senior Life is pleased to announce that Sarabeth Kanabroski has been named Director of Marketing. A dedicated marketing, communications, and development professional, Sarabeth has extensive experience implementing marketing and communications programs, and developing results-driven strategies. In her new role, she will lead the marketing and communications department and help link older adults with aging services available on the 75-acre Jewish Senior Life campus and in the Rochester community.

“We are so pleased to welcome Sarabeth to our team. She brings a wealth of knowledge to this role that draws from her rich professional experience in the marketing and retirement community industry,” says Wendy Ferrer, Senior Vice President of Housing and Marketing at Jewish Senior Life.

Kanabroski most recently served as Director of Marketing, Communications, and Development at Fairport Baptist Homes, where she developed marketing and communications strategies to support the organization’s mission, further enhancing their presence within the community. In addition to her marketing role, she spent three years as the Director of The Woodlands, an independent living community within the organization’s continuum of care.

“Sarabeth is a seasoned communications professional who is highly regarded by her colleagues and peers as well as the community residents and families she’s served,” Ferrer comments. “We look forward to all of the positive contributions she’ll make here at Jewish Senior Life!”

Prior to her work in the senior care industry, Kanabroski held various marketing leadership roles during her 18 years at Eastman Kodak Company, most of which were spent in Kodak’s Entertainment Imaging division.

“I am honored to join the team at Jewish Senior Life,” says Kanabroski. “I look forward to contributing to the amazing work that is being done each and every day to support our older adults throughout the continuum of care and across the community.”
